PRCS Foundation Monthly Draw

The 2026 monthly draws are managed by the Prescott-Russell Community Services (PRCS) Foundation.

Prizes to be won

• Each month, a $500 prize and a $250 prize will be drawn. 
• A special prize of $1,000 will be drawn on November 26, 2026. 
• All tickets sold are eligible for each subsequent monthly draw.

Tickets

• The total number of tickets printed is 1,500, with consecutive numbers from 1 to 1,500. 
• Tickets can be purchased in person from a PRCS Foundation representative and paid for in cash. 
• Tickets can also be purchased and paid for online by credit or debit card via a form on the Zeffy platform and accessible from the PRCS Foundation website. Purchasers will receive confirmation of their purchase by e-mail.
• The sale price is $20 per ticket. 
• Ticket sales end when all tickets are sold or by 11:59 p.m. on November 25, 2026. The purchase of raffle tickets is not tax deductible and no tax receipt will be issued for the purchase of tickets.

Eligible buyers

• The buyer must be 18 or over to play.
• Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
• Ticket purchasers must be located in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

Draws are held on the 4th Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at 295 Main Street West in Hawkesbury.

Raffle procedure

Three Foundation employees or representatives will conduct the draws. Winners will be determined by ticket draw.

• The first ticket drawn will be for the $500 prize. This ticket will not be eligible for the second prize draw on the same day, but will be eligible for future draws in 2026.  

• The second ticket drawn will be for $250. This ticket will be eligible for future draws in 2026. 

• The November 26th draw will take place in this order: the first ticket drawn will be for the special $1,000 prize, the second ticket drawn will be for the $500 prize, and the third ticket drawn will be for the $250 prize. The first and second tickets drawn will not be eligible for further draws on the same day. All winning tickets will be eligible for future draws in 2026.

Notification and announcement of winners

• Winners will be notified by telephone at the number on the winning ticket.  

• Winners’ names and cities will be posted on the PRCS Foundation website, the PRCS website and their Facebook pages. Winners’ photos may also be used for marketing purposes. No compensation will be paid to the winners for the use of this information and photos.

Payment of prizes

• Winners will be required to provide their name, address and telephone number as well as valid photo identification in order to receive their prizes.  

• All prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque made out to the winner in the amount of the prize won.

Net proceeds from the draw will be used to improve services offered to Prescott-Russell seniors by Prescott-Russell Community Services.

Use of personal data

Personal information collected as part of this ticket sale is used to identify ticket purchasers and to send them information about PRCS Foundation and Prescott-Russell Community Services news, draws and events. We will not share the information collected with third parties not involved in the conduct of this raffle.
