Mission of the PRCS Foundation
To raise funds to help Prescott-Russell Community Services provide home support activities for seniors.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a bilingual candidate living in the Prescott-Russell region.
We are seeking individual from diversified backgrounds with experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Governance
- Fundraising
- Finance and investment
- Marketing
- Community development
Terms of office and meetings
- Directors are appointed for a term of two years which may be renewed.
- The Board of Directors usually holds 10 regular meetings per year and one Annual General Meeting.
- Members may attend meetings in person or by videoconference.
- Meetings are held in French.
