Come and help make our community an age-friendly one.<\/p>\n<h2>Mission of the PRCS Foundation<\/h2>\n<p>To raise funds to help Prescott-Russell Community Services provide home support activities for seniors.<\/p>\n<h2>Who we&#8217;re looking for<\/h2>\n<p>We are looking for bilingual candidates living in the Prescott-Russell region.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking individuals from diversified backgrounds with experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Governance<\/li>\n<li>Fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Finance and investment<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Community development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Terms of office and meetings<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Directors are appointed for a term of two years which may be renewed.<\/li>\n<li>The Board of Directors usually holds 10 regular meetings per year and one Annual General Meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Members may attend meetings in person or by videoconference.<\/li>\n<li>Meetings are held in French.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to
