Physical activity has many benefits, strengthening muscles and bones and keeping joints flexible.

Physical activities that help keep body and mind in shape

  • Walking, gardening, swimming, dancing and even singing!

  • Cycling, yoga, golf, tai chi, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing
